This dressing vamps up any salad, especially a classic cobb. Best part is, it’s easy BEEasy!
(Dressing for one salad)
- 1-2 tbsp Grainy, Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pinch of Sugar
Whisk to combine or blitz in the blender until emulsified.
Drizzle over your salad and enjoy! (Whatever you don’t finish off with a straw, store in the fridge.)
